We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, for that reason we offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase. We ask that you please check your shipment carefully when you receive it and report any damages or discrepancies as soon as possible. You can be refunded for the full price of Merchandise (Less S&H) or exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
To make a return, please contact SkyeSterling customer service to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) for the item(s) you wish to return at. You can email service@skyesterling.com or call 1-800-216-6093.
Once a RMA# is obtained, please package item(s) securely, including the original packing slip, and the reason for the return. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s).
Note: All items must be in their original packaging. Items may returned for a full refund of the purchase price, plus any applicable sales tax, within 30 days of the invoice date. If you paid with a credit card, the debited amount will be returned to the card number. If you paid by check or money order, a company check will be sent to you after we have received the product.
Please note that the shipping and handling charges is non-refundable unless it is our shipping error.
Damaged Items: If any item is damaged during shipment, please store it in a safe place and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with our carrier. Do not return the item to us.
We will replace a product if defected, or any errors/mistakes made by us during the shipping process.
Free return shipping or an exchange:
Please Contact us at service@skyesterling.com or call 1-800-216-6093. We will create a return shipping label, which will then be sent to you via email as a PDF attachment. This label must be printed, securely fastened to the return package.
